Terms of Service

These terms apply to websites and services delivered by SiteHatch.

Website build

A website build is £600 paid upfront, or £60 per month for 12 months, giving a total website cost of £720. The build includes the pages and features agreed before work starts, plus one round of revisions.

Hosting & Care

Hosting & Care is £15 per month on an annual service agreement, paid monthly. It is charged separately from the website price and is not included within the 12-month website payment plan. It covers hosting, SSL where applicable, routine technical and platform maintenance, reasonable website monitoring, and up to 2 minor content changes per calendar month (for example updating opening hours, changing a price, replacing an existing image, updating contact details or a small text amendment). Unused changes do not roll over. New pages, redesigns, new functionality, new integrations and substantial changes are quoted separately.

Sales partners

SiteHatch sales partners are self-employed and paid by commission only. Nothing on our website or in our materials creates an employment relationship, and no level of earnings is guaranteed. Commission is payable on qualifying completed sales in line with the Sales Partner agreement.

Domain setup

Domain setup is a one-off £25 where a new domain is needed, covering search, registration, DNS configuration and connection to your website. Domain renewals start from £20 per year and are charged separately.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the text, images and logos you provide. You keep ownership of your own content.

Cancellation

Monthly website payments run for the agreed 12-month term. Hosting & Care runs for the agreed annual term and can be ended at renewal.
