Terms of Service

These terms apply to websites and services delivered by SiteHatch.

Website build

A website build is £500 paid upfront, or £50 per month for 12 months (£600 in total). The build includes the pages and features agreed before work starts, plus one round of revisions.

Hosting & Care

Hosting & Care is £15 per month on an annual service agreement, paid monthly. It covers hosting, the security certificate, keeping your site online, platform management and basic support.

Domain setup

Domain setup is a one-off £25 where a new domain is needed, covering search, registration, DNS configuration and connection to your website. Domain renewals start from £20 per year and are charged separately.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the text, images and logos you provide. You keep ownership of your own content.

Cancellation

Monthly website payments run for the agreed 12-month term. Hosting & Care runs for the agreed annual term and can be ended at renewal.
